We went to Tavernier in the Florida Keys, and rented a beautiful house on the water that accommodated 8 adults, 7 kids (6 and under), and 2 boats... Needless to say, we had the time of our lives... Besides being able to fish or lobster everyday, being able to eat it all in the most delicious ways possible was such a treat!
It's my pleasure to introduce John Bonk, his awesome wife, Nicki, and daughters, Josephine and Evelyn. John is the executive chef for Prime Catch AND Banana Boat, two famous and busy Restaurants in Boynton Beach, FL. John enjoys all things Florida, and has caught and cooked his share of Florida fish, fowl or gator. He is a great friend, father, and a ridiculously talented chef! I tried to be useful in the video, but he definitely has it under control himself or with Josephine's help! Thanks so much for letting me share your delicious work with the all my friends on the blog, John. Hope you all enjoy it! Comment with ideas for another video, and maybe I can convince him to do it again some time?!?!
Hi, everyone! If you don't already know me, I'm Carly, a marine life artist, wife, and mom of two, traveling the state of Florida to share my work in Art Festivals and Exhibitions (learn more in my bio). I figured after a few years of exploring this gorgeous state, it's time to start sharing some of our favorite travel destinations and tips for things to do. With two active boys, we are always looking for fun!
